Made To Order & Custom Orders?
Please keep in mind that all orders are Made to Order - Hand sewn & Embellished. Please allow 4-6 weeks for items to be shipped. This gives you the option to provide custom. measurements for some of our SABAA Elite & Casual products.
Items will not be shipped immediately. All available non-made to order items purchased will be shipped immediately. The estimated shipping time is listed on your order invoice and on the product page. We are unable to provide exact dates but will contact you if we become aware of any delay. Your made to order style will ship separately when it arrives.
We are unable to cancel any items that are custom orders unless we have offered a cancellation to you.
Items that are made to order will not be eligible for a refund.

As you know the safety of our team and our customers is our highest priority. This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality.
Our fulfillment facilities remain open at this time and have enacted additional safety measures to protect our team. However, we are experiencing longer than normal fulfilment times. We are working hard to get your orders out safely and efficiently.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return your parcel to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received by us.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS HOLDS
Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in touch with us and we will happily look into this for you.
If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at email@example.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please treat our members with respect. Abusive or aggressive behaviors such as yelling, bullying, swearing, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.
ALL JEWELRY/ACCESSORIES -- Phone Cases, Face Masks, Crowns, Meditation Tools, Smudge Sticks, Incense & Home Decor are FINAL SALE.
Due to the limited nature of items Custom Orders and apparel that is made with custom measurements (ex: SABAA ELITE Suits, Dresses, and Sets) are not eligible for a refund. You may request an exchange if item is faulty (with images of the fault) within 15 days of receiving your order.
SABAA reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 15-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 2-3 weeks. Customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Products received without authorization.
• Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30% off) or on markdown/final sale.
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
• Products that are marked or damaged in any way.
Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.
